"Just" Another Day

Today, I woke up and went to my only Spanish class that I am going to be taking. Literature. Apparently this class is for advanced students only, but it is the only class that will count for my minor. I was pretty scared, because there are only three of us in the class, and the two others are a native speaker and one who just got back from a semester in Spain.

It ended up being very tiring, listening to the teacher talk for almost three hours straight! Luckily, I was not the only one who was exhausted by the end, but I was actually able to understand most of what she was saying and I was able to participate! Nonetheless, it is going to be a tough class, but since it is my only class in Spanish I think I will be able to manage it.

Got home, ate lunch, and went to dig. Dug for a couple hours and then headed home to meet up with Ronito.

Ronito and I walked around the city looking for a knife, but no luck. We ended up just exploring mostly, and he introduced me to this nice and refreshing thing called Bolis that were like non-frozen Otter Pops, but better! Apparently his dad's cousin started the company too.

When I got back I took a nice long siesta, and now it is time for dinner, then gonna meet up with some gringos for open mic.

Haha, a lot of you will wonder why I am posting a picture of dirt, but this dirt is SO NICE! Nice and rich, full of water, soft and easy to shovel, no rocks, the best for making jumps!

Francisco, the man behind the Hope Progression Compound. This kid kills it at digging and riding! He is so nice too, and even advertises to everyone that he has a neck brace and full face helmet for people to learn flips! He is all about that progression, so cool

Mmmmmm, chilling on the sidewalk cooling down

Hecho en San Ramon, Costa Rica!
