El Rancho

Today, I got to sleep in nice and late and actually got woken up by Ana for the first time. After a quick breakfast, Ana, Rono, Ronito, and I headed to their ranch out in the mountains. It was so cool seeing the countryside and its beautiful surroundings. Although it was foggy and we could not see all of the scenery, it was nonetheless absolutely stunning!

Me and Ronito walked around and explored the area while Rono and Ana planted some trees.

We were only there for a few hours, but we are definitely going to go back and spend the night there soon.

When we got back, I headed out on my bike to explore a bit and get some school supplies. Then the rain came...then I got lost...by the time I got home I could have jumped in a pool with all my clothes on. Oh well I guess I'll have to take notes on a waterlogged notebook for the rest of the semester.

On the way back, we stopped at their family's bar and had a few beers and some lunch. I had papasnachos, which are nachos with french fries instead of chips. Muy bueno.
