Eureka!

Today was a great day. It was a bit hard to wake up, but I had Forest Entomology in the morning, which is super interesting. I am so excited for this class. We are going to end up with an insect collection at the end!

I have been going to the local bike shop every day now, picking up little things here and there and talking to the guys. They told me of some dirt jumps nearby, and I decided to go find them. After riding up some big hills and having no luck, I was riding along and the guy from the bike shop happened to drive by and stopped to show me exactly where they were. Found them!

There were a couple guys there digging, and so I just walked right up and said hola and picked up a shovel. And that was that! 

Luckily I had my camera, so after digging for a bit I shot some photos and then rode, then dug some more. Pura Vida!

These photos are of Jimmy, a local tico. Expect to see much more riding photos in the future..I have found my people!
