Field Trip Day

Today was so much fun! After peeling myself out of bed at 6 in the morning, we headed out on a crocodile/zipline tour. After a couple hour bus ride, we arrived at the crocodile place. It was nuts to say the least. I guess these guys have been doing this for a while and the crocs know that they are going to be fed, but it was still not staged, in the wild.

We saw tons of crocs, tons of really cool birds, and even some monkeys!

After the tour ended, we had a bomb lunch there and then headed to the canopy zipline tour.

This place was amazingly beautiful. There are no words to really describe how cool it was to be flying through the rain forest canopy looking out on to green mountains and the ocean.

Anyways, I will let the pictures do the talking. Stay tuned for videos!

Too close for comfort. This guy's name is Bill Clinton

Nom nom. The trash in the background is all from San Jose, where this river starts. This part is near the end, where all the trash unfortunately deposits.

Howler Monkeys!

Bomb lunch with freshly squeexed papaya juice (Costa Ricans love their jugo), salad, and latin chicken fried rice

On the way up. So beautiful
