The past few days have been really rainy. I have managed to go to class, dig a bit, go on a mini hike, and do homework during the days.
It hit me today that I have already been here about a month which means 1/4 the way through. This is crazy. Where has time gone? I feel like my Spanish is improving, but by how much? I have finally started to comprehend Spanish in Spanish, and not in English. You cannot translate things in your head, you just have to know what it is, almost picture it. It is pretty crazy, I guess because I have not grown up speaking two or more languages, but I am communicating with another people who's way of communication sound nothing like ours. Language is so interesting, and so mysterious in how there are so many throughout the world.
Wednesday night I went to the skatepark here again except with more of my riding friends. I brought the camera, and ended up filming a little edit with them. It was so much fun to watch them throw down, and just proves that you can excel wherever you are, as long as you have the dedication.
I had just brought my camera and two lenses, no flash no stabilizer no tripod. So I decided to shoot this all in fisheye because it looks the most stable and captures the surroundings well. So below is what we came out with, and I am pretty stoked for how minimal my setup was and how dark it was. Enjoy!
And sorry for the video quality, I am working on that :)
