Costa Rica vs. Mexico

Last night a group of 23 of us headed to the national game of Costa Rica v Mexico! We even had a private bus to take us there and back. We got there around half hour before it started and found our seats no problem. Our seats were $20 each since they were not covered from the rain, but we were in the second row! It sprinkled on us a majority of the game, but I found a poncho on the ground so I was set. The game was super fun and we got to see history go down. Costa Rica was plagued for a whole 21 years of losing to Mexico on their home field. We won! People were going wild, but it was actually a really calm wild because alcohol is not allowed or sold in the stadium. Everyone was so nice, even to the Mexican fans. No stumbling, babbling people trying to start fights or riots, just happy people!

Oh and shout out to my very very awesome and loving mother here. I came home yesterday from school to a Costa Rican National jersey and bandana she had bought for me! Too nice. Thank you so much mom :)
